These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mdsavagecoaching.com (the "Website") and the coaching services offered by MD Savage Coaching FZ-LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Who we are

   MD Savage Coaching FZ-LLC is a coaching business registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at mercy@mdsavagecoaching.com.

2. Our services

   We provide whole-person wellness coaching for women navigating life transitions, delivered online through group programmes, one-to-one coaching, and workshops. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking partnership. 3. Eligibility

   Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By engaging our services you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Booking, fees, and payment

   Prices for our programmes and workshops are as stated at the time of booking. Payment is due as set out for each option, and where instalment plans are offered, the terms of those plans apply. Access to a programme begins once payment (or the agreed first instalment) has been received. Fees are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of any bank or transfer charges.

5. Cancellations, refunds, and consumer rights

   If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Brazil, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from or cancel a services contract within the period set by the applicable law. Where you ask us to begin the service during that period and the service is then fully performed, that right may no longer apply. Outside those statutory rights, cancellations and any refunds are handled as agreed with you at the time of booking. 6. Your responsibilities

   You are responsible for your own choices, decisions, and actions, and for how you apply anything discussed in our work together. You agree to provide accurate information, to attend sessions you have booked, and to use the Website and our services lawfully and respectfully.

7. Intellectual property

   All content on the Website and within our programmes, including text, materials, workbooks, recordings, and branding, is owned by or licensed to MD Savage Coaching FZ-LLC and is protected by intellectual property law. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes as part of your coaching. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute it without our written permission.

8. Confidentiality

   We treat what you share in coaching as confidential and will not disclose it without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm. You agree to keep confidential any private information shared by other participants in group settings.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

   Our services are provided in good faith and to a professional standard, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome, as results depend on many factors personal to you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MD Savage Coaching FZ-LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Website or reliance on our services, and nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 10. Third-party tools and links

    The Website uses third-party tools (such as our booking and email systems) and may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

11. Changes and termination

12. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
